Behind the lens

let me tell you about me...

☀First and foremost, I am a PROUD momma to the sweetest TWO boys.

☀I have an unhealthy coffee obsession

☀Just a bubbly and cheerful girly (fun fact, I got “the most cheerful” superlative when I graduated from High School!)

☀Down for just about any and all DIY projects, crafts, etc.

☀You'll often hear me quoting TikTok's or movies. It's kind of my thing.

☀I run a homestead. You'll find all things on the Sopher homestead. Sourdough, chickens, ducks, homemade food. All the good stuff!

I combined my two life passions for people and using creativity and turned it into a career that I am proud of and passionate about sharing with you.

I am so happy you have made it here! If you didn’t know already my name is Morgan. I am a born and raised Kansan (*insert Wizard of Oz jokes here*) I made my way down to central Florida just for the summer one year annnd I met my finance Zach and I extended my summer stay into a permanent one and quickly put down my roots in Zach’s hometown, Apopka. So here I am. Not in Kansas anymore! And let me just say, I am so happy to be here enjoying all the vitamin D!☼

As far as photography goes, I found my passion for photography back in high school. I loved going on nature walks and doing landscape photos. Eventually I fell out of photography pursuing my ultimate life dream at the time which was to play college softball. And I did!

When my son Brooks was born I decided that I would take his newborn pictures. I borrowed a camera from family and I instantly fell back in love with photography and realized how much I missed capturing the world around me. I soon realized that I could creative a business that I can share my creativity and passion for photography with you all!

A little peak into my life...

Remember how I said this was a passion that one that begun way back when? Well, lets do a little throw back...

I always had a little blue digital camera that I literally took everywhere with me so I could take pictures and put them on Facebook (this was in peak Facebook era), when smart phones became a thing, Facebook was more accessible for me to quickly share my pictures. And lets not forget how I edited my pictures on picnic! Does anyone remember picnic? My family began seeing that I had an eye for photography and really empowered me to pursue photography and bought me a little Lumix with an interchangeable lens and a touch screen. For years I took pictures of everything around me. I loved taking nature walks and capturing everything! It was always so grounding for me.
